How do I process a refund?

To process a refund, you must first log in to your Cartwheel Register account and tap Sales History on your home menu bar.

Next, tap the sale you wish to refund.  To find the transaction, you may search via the receipt number, Skip Wallet username or phone number, or Last 4 card numbers in the search bar at the top of your screen.

Tap Refund at the bottom of the Transaction Detail screen.

On the Refund screen you have the option to refund the entire transaction or select specific item(s). Select what is appropriate for you at this time.

Tap Next and then tap Refund.

Finally, you will have the option to email a receipt of the refund. Enter the customer’s email address and tap Send, or tap Skip if your customer does not require a receipt.

Once this step is complete, you will return to the Sales History screen.
